1. Jeffrey L. Bradley appeals from a Superior Court final judgment of conviction of Trafficking in Cocaine. Bradley claims that the Superior Court erroneously denied his motion to suppress drug evidence, because the police stopped him without a reasonable and articulable suspicion that he was engaging in criminal activity. We find that the Superior Court erroneously denied Bradleys motion to suppress. Because the principal evidence against Bradley was the fruit of an illegal seizure, we reverse the judgment of the Superior Court.
